For Healthy And Homemade Pizza!

We all love pizza but most of us afraid of the calories we consume while chewing the cheese burst pizza. But now you can make a crispy yet yummy pizza by Improvising-Food. How To make tomato Sauce for the pizza?
All you need is one tbsp olive oil, one tbsp garlic, some oregano, one tbsp ketchup, one spoon tomato puree, half cup of water. To make the dough you need 2 eggs, half tbsp salt, one medium size cauliflower head (should be cooked in water), and low fat mozzarella. For the toppings you can try anything you like or seasonal vegetables like mushrooms, broccoli, tomato, onion, and bell pepper etc.

Improvising-Food the food would be the best option. You can use zucchini instead of cauliflower and basil instead of oregano.

Let’s start working on the crispy Dough Pizza…
Heat a pot with little oil in it and add some garlic cloves and oregano. Stir the mixture and add some ketchup and water then cook it for -7minutes. Keep the toppings ready.

Take out the flowers from cauliflower and slice them. Put it into the food processor and then squeeze it to get rid of the moister, this is important to make the pizza crispier. Mix dough and other ingredients together and spread a thick layer on parchment paper.
